Why Attend a Workshop Instead of a Regular Class?
A regular yoga class focuses on movement and flow within a set timeframe. A workshop gives you the opportunity to slow down, understand the “why” behind the practice, receive personalised guidance, and refine techniques that are difficult to cover during a weekly class.
Many students find workshops helpful before enrolling in our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, while others simply join to deepen their personal practice.
Continue Your Yoga Journey with Unika Yoga
Whether you’re building your Ashtanga Vinyasa foundation, exploring arm balances, learning sound healing, or refining your backbend practice, our workshops are designed to help you practise safely, confidently, and with greater understanding.
We look forward to welcoming you to Unika Yoga & Therapy Singapore and supporting your continued growth on and off the mat.
