Celeste Tan
Over the 1 year of 300hrs Yoga Therapy Certification Course with Unika Yoga(Dr Kuldeep & Dr Ena), I am very grateful for the experience. I’ve seen a transformation in both my body and mind. The course was well-structured, the course book & presentation slide are well written, making it easy to follow throughout the course. Truly learnt a lot from this course. The trainers were knowledgeable, supportive & always encouragement throughout the course. The studio provides us stationery to keep our notes neat and order. What stood out most to me was the focus on mindfulness and breathwork. This course enables me to experience a deep sense of calm and clarity & apply to my daily life as much as I can. The course teaches me not only improved my physical well-being but also gave me techniques to manage stress & to achieve balance in all aspects of life. Thank you for creating clean and cosy studio as always. Love the vibe!! Looking forward to continuing yoga journey with Unika.

I have recently attended 300 Hour Yoga Therapy certification course at Unika. The course has added a lot of value in my teaching yoga practice. I can better understand clients requirement and advise them correct postures and pranayama based on their conditions. The course has personally benefitted me to understand human organ system better and the underlying causes behind various ailments. I am thankful to entire Unika team for providing the course in an organized and systematic manner.
Mohita
I attended the 300 hr yoga therapy course from Mar-July this year, and found it to be incredibly valuable. Dr. Kuldeep presents yoga techniques with a very modern viewpoint, analyzing them critically and presenting (high quality) research-based evidence (or the lack of it) to back up the claims. We went deep enough into anatomy and physiology to understand the effects of yoga without getting lost in them. I loved the insightful discussions on yoga philosophy that helped me align my efforts correctly. More importantly, Dr Kuldeep lives the principles and teaches by example. He brings a wealth of practical experience and tips to share from his decades of experience as a yoga teacher and therapist. The learning goes well beyond the stated 300 hrs as he continues to guide me during my case studies. The other course instructor, Dr. Ena, is brilliant. The support staff, Stephanie and Hui Min, also excellent yoga teachers themselves, are very competent and kind, making the entire experience immensely enjoyable.
