Unika Yoga & Therapy is a Registered Yoga School (RYS200) under the Yoga Alliance. As a RYS200 under the Yoga Alliance and a Continuing Education Provider, we provide a structured and holistic approach to our yoga courses, yoga classes, yoga workshops and yoga retreats.

At Unika Yoga & Therapy school, we foster a nurturing, supportive and inclusive culture, welcoming practitioners of all levels with open hearts and open minds. We take pride in creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe and empowered to progress in their practice.

Meet our founder

Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Kushwah

Is the founder, director of yoga education programme & lead trainer at Unika Yoga & Therapy. Our yoga studio founder Dr. Kuldeep embarked on his journey in yoga at a young age of 14. From his over two decades’ experience in learning, practising and teaching yoga, he has acquired extensive theoretical and practical knowledge. Yoga has become his way of living; Yoga is his faith and devotion.

  • PhD Yoga, Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-Vyasa) University, Bengaluru
  • Masters of Arts in Science of Living, Preksha Meditation and Yoga, Jain Vishva Bharti Institute, Ladnun, Nagore
  • Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga Education, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) University, Indore
  • Certification in Yoga, The Divine Life Society, Rishikesh
