Unika Yoga & Therapy is a Registered Yoga School (RYS200) under the Yoga Alliance. As a RYS200 under the Yoga Alliance and a Continuing Education Provider, we provide a structured and holistic approach to our yoga courses, yoga classes, yoga workshops and yoga retreats.

Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Kushwah
Is the founder, director of yoga education programme & lead trainer at Unika Yoga & Therapy.
Our yoga studio founder Dr. Kuldeep embarked on his journey in yoga at a young age of 14. From his over two decades’ experience in learning, practising and teaching yoga, he has acquired extensive theoretical and practical knowledge. Yoga has become his way of living; Yoga is his faith and devotion.

When I started classes at Unika one year ago, I was quite hesitant as I’ve never done a yoga class before. Each teacher really takes the time to get to know the student and customises the classes in a fun and exciting in a way I haven’t seen at other studios.
