Getting Started

You really don’t have to prepare for anything. Wear comfortable clothes, bring an open mind, and let us take care of the rest. Mats, blankets, cushions, bolsters and eye pillows are all provided. The aircon will be on for the Sound Bath sessions in the afternoon, so if you are afraid of the cold, do bring along socks and a jacket.

Avoid a full meal right before the session. A light meal before class is fine, or if a proper meal then at least 2 hours before the session would be good. When you feel less sluggish, your energy can be utilised to feel the sound vibrations more. Attendees have feedback that the calmness they feel stays with them even hours after the session.
