Khushboo believes that yoga is a practice of showing up with patience, awareness, and trust—allowing breath and consistency to guide growth both on and off the mat.

Her yoga journey began over eight years ago, when she was drawn to the mindful nature of the practice and its ability to create inner connection. What started as personal exploration soon evolved into a deeper commitment, inspiring her to share yoga as a tool for balance, strength, and self-awareness.

In her teaching, Khushboo emphasizes alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Her classes typically begin with centering and gentle preparation, gradually progressing into strength-building postures supported by clear cues and conscious breathing. Each session concludes with relaxation and pranayama, helping students feel grounded, refreshed, and mentally calm.

Her teaching style is rooted in patience, clarity, and presence—guiding students to move with awareness, build strength safely, and develop a deeper connection with their bodies.
