J spent more than 20 years doing mind training in India and Himalaya. During his years of training, he spent time learning from various practitioners. He has taught meditation for over 11 years. J hopes meditation to use meditation to reach out to more people, to enable people to stay strong and positive in how they face the challenges of life. He believes that through training our minds through meditation, we can transform any negative circumstance into an opportunity to develop love, compassion and understanding.
