Tina believes that her role as a teacher is to help students uncover the strength and flexibility that already exist within them.
With over nine years of teaching experience, her yoga journey began quite unexpectedly during a break from work. When she first stepped onto the mat, she felt like the weakest and least flexible person in the class and genuinely believed that yoga wasn’t meant for her. However, life had other plans. Over time, yoga, fitness, and mindfulness grew from a curiosity into a deep passion—and eventually, a way of life.
Rather than chasing “perfect” shapes or rigid alignment, Tina encourages exploration—inviting students to feel into each posture and discover what truly works for their own bodies. Drawing from a variety of movement and exercise modalities, her teaching style continues to evolve as she learns, grows, and deepens her understanding of the human body.
