Welcome to explore one of the multiple aspects of yoga. Yoga therapy is not just a practice; it is a holistic approach to healing, wellness and well-being that aims at overall well-being rather than merely addressing the symptoms of diseases and disorders.
Yoga Therapy is a dynamic and evolving adjunct treatment that bridges ancient yogic wisdom with contemporary health practices. Yoga Therapy places a strong emphasis on the prevention of diseases rather than just their cure.
At Unika Yoga & Therapy, we explore and examine the principles and practices of yoga therapy, offering a comprehensive 300 hours Yoga Therapy Certification Course, a yoga therapy training course, (TTC) that equips you with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Through this yoga therapy training course, discover the potential of Yoga Therapy to heal, transform and uplift, unlocking the limitless possibilities of holistic wellness.
In Unika Yoga & Therapy's 300 hours Yoga Therapy Certification Course (YTCC), our primary objective is to equip our graduates with the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide evidence-based, systematic and effective yoga therapy services to clients seeking support for their health and well-being.
By the end of this yoga therapy training course, graduates will be adept at conducting thorough assessments, developing personalised treatment plans and implementing a variety of yoga-based interventions to address the unique needs of each client. With a strong emphasis on professionalism, ethics and ongoing self-reflection, our graduates emerge as competent and compassionate certified yoga therapists ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
