Yoga Instructor
Hui Min is a yoga instructor at Unika Yoga & Therapy. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in moving with ease rather than striving for perfection—inviting students to feel comfortable, present, and at peace with simply being.
She began practising yoga over 10 years ago as a form of physical exercise. While exploring various workout styles, Hui Min consistently found herself returning to yoga for its ability to slow her down, turn her inward, and create a sense of calm amidst the fast-paced demands of corporate life. After completing her yoga teacher training at Unika Yoga & Therapy, she was inspired to explore a new path—teaching yoga as a way to share her passion and learning, and to support others in experiencing the same benefits.
Hui Min’s classes are flow-based and mindful, with smooth transitions from one posture to the next. Students can expect a light-hearted, non-judgmental environment, gentle verbal cues, and subtle hands-on adjustments to support alignment and ease of movement. Her sessions encourage mindful awareness, steady breathing, and a relaxed approach to practice.
