Priscilla is a yoga instructor at Unika Yoga & Therapy, offering non-judgemental, beginner-friendly yoga classes that invite students to reset, refocus, and rediscover joy on the mat. Her 70-minute sessions are warm, supportive, and often filled with gentle laughter—creating a safe space for both body and mind to unwind.

She began her yoga journey in 1995 at a community centre, initially seeking a way to de-stress. Over time, yoga became her trusted anchor for clarity, balance, and inner calm. As a caregiver, yoga became an important part of her self-care routine, helping her maintain balance and clarity. This personal experience inspired Priscilla to teach yoga so she could help others experience the same sense of calm and balance.

Her classes blend stretching, flexibility, and strength-building, with a strong emphasis on safe alignment and therapeutic movement. Using supportive props such as walls, chairs, wheels, blocks, and straps, Priscilla helps students feel confident, aligned, and at ease in each posture. Sessions are gently enhanced with essential oils to support relaxation and nervous-system calm.
