Most of Unika Yoga’s workshops run for about 8 to 10 hours, over at least 2 sessions — giving you ample time to learn, practise, revise and rest between sessions.
2. Do I get any take-home materials or notes?
Yes. All our workshops include printed handouts or digital resources summarising key poses, techniques, and theory so you can continue practising confidently at home.
3. How big are the workshop class sizes?
At Unika Yoga, our workshops are intentionally kept small to ensure personal guidance and hands-on support. This allows our instructors to tailor the experience to your individual needs. Our typical class size are within 12 pax.
4. Is it safe if I have a health issue?
Generally yes. But depending on the theme of the workshop, you are strongly encouraged to check with our staff before registration. If a health issue comes up after registration and before the workshop, do inform our instructor before class. They will provide you safe advice and options.
