Yoga Instructor Priscilla
Priscilla is a dedicated & passionate yoga teacher who leads classes with enthusiasm and delivers fun vibes. Being a caregiver to her father with dementia, Priscilla first started Yoga to relax and destress, and through yoga, she realised that Yoga can be thoughtfully arranged to nurture the needs of caregivers and prevent burnout.
She decided to pursue her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, thereafter the 100-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. She hopes to inspire beginner practitioners to embrace themselves through the practice of yoga and mindfulness, help caregivers and those going through challenges in their lives to prevent a burnout, and also bring happiness to the senior generations by letting them be active through Yoga.
With these vital goals in mind, she has designed a yoga practice and paired the poses with positive statements of affirmation to help align movements and thoughts simultaneously. This synchronicity will also help to soften and harmonise one’s breath. It helps redirect one’s negative mood and thinking in more positive directions.
