Yoga Instructor Belinda
Belinda Li-Lim is a 200 hours Certified Yoga Teacher. She has been a yoga practitioner for the past 11 years, and in year 2017 she furthered her yoga journey with S-Vyasa University in Bangalore, India to advance her knowledge of Yoga, Yoga philosophy, Pranayama, meditation and Sanskrit learning. She also furthered her knowledge with Pre and Post Natal Yoga, and Yin Yoga, as she believes yoga should not be restricted to only healthy people but also people who are going through phases in life. Since then, she has been teaching Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation and Yoga for strengthening.
Over the past 4 years of teaching, she has gained a lot of experience with students who have injuries like backpain, back injuries, shoulder injuries, knee problems and high blood pressure. She has designed much suitable and safer yoga practices for these students with different problems and concerns. She believes Yoga provides a better living from not just gaining flexibility and strength, but Yoga allows us to achieve a holistic health and happiness through regular practice. Yoga is not to be viewed as fitness but a way of living.
